How to edit a job on Naukri.com?

Please click on "Edit a Job" after logging into your Naukri account or follow the below steps

  1. Go to Jobs and Responses and click on “Manage Jobs & Responses”.
  2. Bring your cursor on the respective Job Title, & click on the option of “Edit”.
  3. Make the required changes & Post the Job.

 

Note: The changes will be effective in maximum 60 minutes on the site.

How to post a job on Naukri.com?

Please follow the below steps.

  1. Go to “Jobs & Responses" and click on the Job link as per your subscription.
  2. Fill up the form as per your job requirements & click on "Preview & Post" at the bottom
  3. Click on “Post Job”
How can I remove/delete a job from the site of Naukri?

Please login to your account and follow the below steps in order to remove desired job(s).

  1. Click on “Manage jobs & Responses” under “Jobs & Responses”
  2. Place your cursor on the desired job title OR select multiple jobs & click on “Remove”

 

"Specify reason for deletion and click on Remove. Note: The Job will be removed within 60 minutes from the site."

How can I post a job for a location which is not available in location list in job posting form?

You may select the same by following below steps on Job posting form.

  1. Go to the location's option in the Job posting form and Scroll down to the bottom in the location's dropdown. Select the option of Other National Locations/Other International Locations and click outside on the form.
  2. Mention the location and click on save.
Why am I getting no/less response(s) for a job posted on Naukri?

At times, it may happen that you would not get adequate responses for your posted job due to many reasons.

In such a case, we recommend you to check some important aspects that might have impacted the responses to your job(s).

  1. Ensure the job is live on site of Naukri.
  2. Give your job at least 4-5 days’ time for getting good number of responses.
  3. Ensure that you have mentioned an appropriate Job title (Avoid multiple designations, abbreviations etc.) & a writtem comprehensive job description.
  4. Specify maximum relevant keywords.
  5. CTC should be at par with exp. and designation and visible to attract the candidates.
  6. Check if Functional Area/Role/Industry is selected appropriately.
  7. Check number of questiones in the questionnaire attached (if any), as more number of questions can create friction for a candidate while applying.
  8. Check if giving an answer to all the questiones has been kept as mandatory. If yes, make a few questions optional to answer.

Despite of the above checks, we reccommend you to try below mentioned options to enhance the scope of number of applies.

  1. Broadcast – Share your job on social & professional networking platforms like Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn for enhancing the visibility of your Jobs beyond Naukri's site.
  2. SAJE (only for Resdex Users) – Perform Bulk mailers to candidates from our database.
  3. Attach Photo/PPT/Logo for Branding (applicable for HV subscription only).
I am unable to add email id in job posting form and getting error of "You have added the maximum email Ids allowed. Contact your Relationship Manager or support@naukri.com."

You are getting this error as we do not allow more than 2 email ids to be added in a Classified Job posting's form.

If this is your ongoing requirement, we would suggest you to contact your relationship manager to either buy an additional email ID or upgrade your current subscription to Hot Vacancy Job, where there is no limit in adding the email ID's.

I am unable to add email id in job posting form and getting error of "Email addition can be done only by account admin. Contact your account super user."

If you are getting this error message in your account, then you are currrntly logged in as a subuser and the addition of an email ID can be only done via the super/admin user's account. You may either login from your admin user's account or write to us at support@naukri.com(with your username & email ID to be added). "

How to add Office address in Naukri's Job Posting form?

Click on Add Address or follow the below steps after logging to the super user/admin account.

  1. Scroll down and click on the option of “Product Settings” from left panel.
  2. Click on “Add Address” and save it after doing the needful.

 

Note: Addition of number of addresses depend on the kind of job posting subscribed. You can add 1 address for Classified Job postings and multiple for Hot vacancies.

For how long a job remains live on the site of Naukri?

A job remains active for 31 days on the site from the date of posting.

How long would it take for my job to go Live on Naukri's site?

A job takes maximum of 60 minutes to get live on the site of Naukri.

How can I stop irrelevant resumes from landing in my inbox?

You can use the option of “Personalized Application Filters" which will allow the recruiters to define their refining criteria & receive only the matching responses directly in their mail-inbox. You may set the same in two ways:

  1. Just after Posting a Job
  2. After the Job is live

How can I change the company's profile which is currently reflecting in the job posting's form?

Login to super user a/c and Click Here

  1. Click on the option of "Company Profile".
  2. Click on "Edit", do the desired changes and then click on "Save".
Where should I check the responses received for my job posting?

Please login to your account and follow the below steps:

  1. Click on “Manage jobs & Responses” under “Jobs & Responses”
  2. You will be able to see all the jobs posted by you along with the responses (if any).
From where can I generate the job posting report?

In order to generate the job posting report you may follow the below steps or Click here after logging to your Naukri account

  1. Go to Reports-->Job Posting or Click Here
  2. Specify duration and specify report type as job wise
  3. Click on generate report
From where can I upload logo to my job posting?

Please send us your company's logo in any picture format (png,. Jpg, bmp) at support@naukri.com, and we will get the same uploaded for you (Recommended size: 123px × 62px) Please note, it takes around 8 hours for the same to reflect in your account.

How does the option of ‘Refresh’ will benefit my job?

Refreshing your job would extend its duration(for further 31 days) & enhance the visibility on the site and thus would increase the scope of number of applies. Please note, each refresh consumes a job posting credit from your subscription.

How can I check my Job posting's inventory available in my subscription?

You can check the same from the Recruiter home page.

How can I fetch additional information(E.g. - expected CTC, Current projects they are working on, etc) from the candidates when they apply to the job(s) posted by me?

You can use the option of ""questionnaire"" in the job posting form and add questions to the same.

  1. Login to your account and Click here or go to "Jobs & Responses" section. You can also create a question from job posting page
  2. For example, if you want to check if the candidate has an H1B visa or not, you can add this question to your questionnaire. Marking a question as mandatory means that a candidate would not be able to apply to the job without answering that respective question.
  3. Once created, you can assign this questionnaire to the desired job by posting or editing it.
Why does it show that my subscription is expired, when I recently posted job?

Please note that you have utilized the job posting's inventory purchased by you and hence you are getting this message. However, your job posting will remain live on site for 30 days since the date of job posting.
