Infrastructure Advisory Division (IAD) is Feedback Infra' strategic advisory and project development services arm. It provides management consulting services to Government bodies, private corporations as well as multilateral organizations across a wide range of sectors-Transportation, Healthcare, Logistics, SEZs, Real Estate, Townships, Water and Sanitation. IAD specializes in activities relating to the development of new infrastructure projects. We provide market entry strategies, diversification advisory, market studies, performance improvement exercises, privatization advisory, deal making, financial feasibility and bid advisory.


Energy Division (ED) Feedback Ventures' Energy Division (ED) provides implementable, complete and quality advisory services in energy, covering coal, oil, gas and power. Since its inception, the Energy Division has been working with multilateral, government and private sector clients in areas from policy and regulation to project specific advisory services. Our extensive experience in developing and managing projects for multilateral and bilateral institutions, central and state government organizations, and the private sector has given us the ability to tackle complex issues relating to policy regulatory, technical, and financial aspects.

Engineering and Project Management Division With nearly four hundred professionals operating out of 19 offices in 15 Indian states, Engineering and Project Management Division (EPMD) is the largest division of Feedback Infra. EPMD brings a strong commercial perspective to engineering that allows it to offer solutions that increase value to clients. Its multi-disciplinary teams allows it to carry out complex designing and implementation challenges in difficult environments across core infrastructure sectors-Highways, Roads, Bridges, Residential and Industrial Townships, SEZs, Water and Sanitation, Energy, and Commercial buildings.

Project Management Division The Project Management Division (PMD) provides a comprehensive range of services for management of projects in the commercial and social infrastructure sectors. Our product offerings are within two broad areas-individual buildings like hospitals, hotels, clubs, multiplexes and shopping malls and larger developments like IT Parks, factories, industrial estates, offices and buildings.

Capacity Building Division believes that the ability of an organization and teams to deliver superior performance is dependant on the capability of its processes, people and the supporting policies. The Capacity Building Division (CBD) of Feedback Infra addresses Staffing, Organizational Learning and Skill Development, Corporate Social Responsibility and Capacity Building in Rural, Urban and Social Infrastructure domains. It has a track record of customized solutions, which optimize performance in different environments. CBD provides a wide range of services to government, private, bilateral and multilateral clients.

Triple-I The India Infrastructure Initiative ('III' or 'Triple-I') is a unique facility to identify, create and catalyze bankable infrastructure projects through the Public Private Partnership (PPP) route. Launched in 2006 as a partnership between IDFC and Feedback Infra, Triple-I attempts to develop a stream of bankable infrastructure projects on behalf of government agencies by marrying the financial expertise, deep domain knowledge and public policy acumen of IDFC with the project creation skills of Feedback. Triple-I has already signed agreements for seven projects that are expected to see a total investment of more than Rs. 7,000 crore.
