"When I interned with the Infrastructure Advisory
Division at Feedback Infra in 2006, I was entrusted with
responsibilities very early on. The experience of learning
so much, so fast was both challenging and enriching. The
people at Feedback are easily approachable and incredibly
helpful, making it so easy to fit in the right way. I was
keen on a career in consulting as growth and career
development opportunities in this field are immense. I
joined Feedback as a Deputy Manager right after my post
graduation from IIM, Ahmedabad in June 2007. The

So, it was, when I joined Feedback. The company, since then,
has grown not just in numbers but in culture and
experiences. I really admire the small team culture at
Feedback. Having small teams automatically results in a high
level of autonomy, involvement and responsibility for every
individual. Its been quite a good experience for me
working here-in an open, friendly and a flexible work
environment. We all know that sky is the limit to grow but

During my
6.5 years of association with Feedback, it never came to my
mind that I am working with an Organization. Rather,
Feedback is a complete family package-with supportive
colleagues. The organization structure allows easy access to
the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Heads of the respective
Divisions. It is easy to join the Feedback family but
difficult to leave". |
"I joined Feedback Infra in January 2001 when its
Energy Advisory Practice was just being established. Over
these past years, I have seen both Feedback and its Energy
Division grow by leaps and bounds not only in terms of
revenue growth but also in terms of number of people,
practices, and policies. It has been an overwhelming
experience to see the company achieve one milestone after
another. Working at Feedback has been an extremely
exhilarating experience-be it the Energy Division achieving
its targets year after year, going for an International
holiday as a treat for having reached our targets and so on.
While there have been many "ups" during the course
of these past years, there have been many nail biting
moments too. It is in these moments that I have realized
that one of the greatest benefits of working with Feedback
has been the company's ability to not just be a "workplace"
but also provide a familial atmosphere for its employees. It
is here that I personally have made friends who are not just
co-workers but people who would stand by me for life.

"I wish to thank my sixth sense, for guiding me on the
right career path by choosing Feedback. Now after joining
Feedback, I have become a 100% professional with proud
management skills and an ability to deliver results under
any circumstances.
In September 2005, When I left
my previous organization and joined feedback as Senior
Manager, I remember I was totally confused with the
management structures, procedures and other matters as I was
working in a proprietary company. (While I got surprised
that a consulting firm is having a separate HR cell headed
by highly qualified personnel to take care of us). But as
time passed, these very management structures, procedures
and matters have given me the confidence to talk about
project management with out any fear at all levels. By
utilizing this proper orientation, I could become a Chief
General Manger in a very short span of time. When I had
joined, we were hardly 8 engineers in total and within one
year the strength has increased to the power of "n",
which is an excellent example of like-minded people coming
together and growing along with the company.
Generally every company boasts of a performance based and
employee oriented approach, but I could taste and enjoy the
words in reality after joining Feedback. I can say proudly
that I am getting my Salary on the last working day of every
month, which most of the other consulting firm employees not
dare even to dream this! |
