The last 4 years that I have worked with Sela have been exciting and full of challenges - from helping setup operations for client, to final deliveries; from the challenges of working in global client teams to managing local infrastructure. When I joined Sela had about 20 employees and within this short span it has grown to 140+ people all the while retaining the warmth, comfort and familiarity that seem possible only in a small company/startup. The top management has an open door policy and every time I have walked to them with a suggestion/comment I have been listened to and whenever possible the suggestion implemented. Sela clients are all technically demanding making it very satisfying to work for them. I am sure as the company continues to grow the challenges will grow too, making for an enriching experience. And then there is the XBOX room for a refreshing break from all day to day challenges.

The culture at SELA (in my opinion) is fantastic. I have worked for a lot of IT companies and this one is a gem. It operates a bit like a family. Depends on your role, experience and education. I think the HR stays on top of this information and does their best to remain current. Salary is neatly structured and take home will always be a pleasant figure. Job role is as described while at the time of hiring. There is a great mix of people, technology and domains, so you will find a great deal of opportunities to learn, grow and keep growing . A great place to start your career too. Transparent and employee friendly policies. Very supportive HR and Administration staff. People at all levels of the structure are reachable and mostly will always find time for you. No dearth of genuine gestures to say "you are appreciated, your work is valued". In general I liked everything about the company and always looked forward to going to work.
