Management
Our Founder Director P N Venugopal has over 44 years experience in Executive Selection. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Loyola College Madras, LLB from Bombay University, and PG Diploma in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Bombay. Prior to founding of his firm, PNV held Senior Management positions in HR in Voltas Limited and Crompton Greaves Ltd., for 18 years.

When PNV set up this business 25 years ago, he was a pioneer in the industry. He is still highly regarded, both within the industry and within the company for his dynamic vision, sound judgement, positive attitude and exemplary market knowledge. Central to our success are his personal core values of Integrity and Professionalism, thereby developing extremely mature and long lasting relationships along the way.
