Purpose of the Job:

  • Evolving market segmentation and penetration strategies to achieve secured profitable business.
  • Meeting targets on monthly basis, sales forecasting and to keep track of competitor activities.
  • Regular reporting from direct reportees and managing their productivity with quality business.
  • Building relationship with local channels (DSA) and Generate new business.
  • Sales of Mortgage & LAP

Role: Branch Collection Incharge

Purpose of the Job:

To start with this will be an individual contributor role and at a later stage, Collection Officers will report into this role

  • Collections on delinquent accounts through customer meeting. Handling customer queries
  • Collection of bounce & penal charges
  • Legal knowledge to utilize the same while managing critical accounts or portfolio to achieve the targets
  • Giving feedback to Reporting Manager / Unit Manager / Risk Manager on market issues , frauds
  • Updating DCR (Daily Collection Report)and sharing the same to seniors on regular basis
  • Maintenance of receipt books & M-pot/Tablet registers on daily basis.
  • Ensure third party payment in the absence of the customer & ensure relevant process is followed.
  • Tracing of skip customers by liaising with FCU or other innovative means.
  • Ensure receipts are issued even if there are part payments made.
  • Ensure the receipt book register is maintained on daily basis with sign offs taken.
  • Give early warning inputs regularly of the market, industry and customer level feedback in order to avoid surprise delinquencies.
  • Take various market references and build touch points for customer reference.
  • Check and keep tab on industry trends, key factors impacting industry, performance of trade in local market and regulatory impact
  • To be conversant in usage of Tablet /Mobile collection and its operation.
