General :

A jobholder in this role will have key accountabilities for the day-to-day delivery of defined Customer SLAs and would require to have the acceptable productivity levels for the business

 

Essential Functions :

  • To participate, as a member of Personal and commercial Banking team, in providing functional, administrative and operational services to our clients with regard to banking operations and Mutual Funds & Registered plan.
  • Communicates with customers on exceptions and hand-offs.
  • Attends training sessions to keep abreast of changes in the respective domain/compliance
  • Undertakes special assignments as appropriate.
Competencies / Qualifications / Requirements :
  • Graduate/Diploma (3 year) in any discipline. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field would be preferable
  • Very good analytical and reasoning skills - Ability to understand complex situations completely by asking relevant fact finding questions, to determine the exact process steps required to extract the data for problem resolution, to synthesize the available information in the right context to arrive at the accurate and complete resolution
  • Good Written Communication.
  • Very good keyboard skills – Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage.
  • Very good customer service attitude.

Indian Registered Nurse

Experience range – 2+ years of clinical experience

 

Qualifications :

Indian registered nurse with 2+ years of clinical experience (exclusive bedside/staff nurse experience)

BSc Nursing Graduate with US registered nurse with current unrestricted state licensure (preferred) OR

GNM + Post Bsc with US registered nurse with current unrestricted state licensure

Should have Relevant Salesforce Experience minimum 5 Years of Salesforce Experience.

Member Identification
  • Performs intake of calls from members or providers regarding services via telephone, fax, EDI (*)
  • Utilizes eTUMS and other Aetna system to build, research and enter member information (*)
  • Screens requests for appropriate referral to medical services staff (*)
  • Approve services that do not require a medical review in accordance with the benefit plan (*)
  • Performs non-medical research including eligibility verification, COB, and benefits verification (*)

 

Documentation and Communication
  • Maintains accurate and complete documentation of required information that meets risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements (*)
  • Promotes communication, both internally and externally to enhance effectiveness of medical management services (e.g. Claim Administrators, Plan Sponsors, and 3rd party payers as well as Member, Family, and Healthcare Team Members respectively)
  • Protects confidentiality of member information and adheres to Aetna policies regarding confidentiality (*)
  • Communicate with Aetna Case Managers, when processing transactions for members active in this Program (*)
  • Supports the administration of the precertification process in compliance with various laws and regulations, URAQ and/or NCQA standards, where applicable, while adhering to Aetna policy and procedures (*)

 

Sedentary work involving significant periods of sitting, talking, hearing and keying.
Work requires visual acuity to perform close inspection of written and computer generated documents as well as a PC monitor.

Reconciliation Operations

Experience range – 4+ years Experience of investment banking, wealth management or financial services.

 

JOB PURPOSE :

Reconciliation Operations unit is responsible for performing level 1 reconciliation – matching of dividend and other corporate action transactions, investigating and assigning open exception to relevant business areas (transaction originators). The type of reconciliations would cover - dividend accounts maintained with bank, nostro cash

 

The role works in partnership with the on-shore teams and requires exceptional teamwork and communication skills.

 

The technical and complex nature of the reconcliations operating environment requires candidates to possess strong analytical skills and the ability to operate successfully in a challenging environment.

 

Accuracy and attention to detail are absolutely critical, given the high risk nature of the products, and the regulatory, reputational and client impact potential inherent in the business.

 

Reconciliations unit is also subject to a significant regulatory and client-driven change program, which will suit individuals which are dynamic and keen to learn. A proven track record of operating in a fast changing environment is beneficial.

 

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Make sure all reconciliations are competed within agreed SLA and with a high levels of accuracy.
  • To follow process guidelines as per prescribed SOP’s at all times.
  • Ability to learn  and work on multiple tasks as per process need.
  • Prioritisation of reconciliation and getting it competed well before SLA.
  • Building strong relationships with onshore  to ensure all processes/issues are carried out/resolved efficiently
  • Escalation of all issues and  risk to the supervisors and other stakeholder as per the situation
  • Identify root cause and engage with other involved parties to identify actions required to address underlying reason for breaks.
  • To ensure that all controls are completed with appropriate follow up of exceptions via escalation workbook and generating appropriate (MIS) to allow Senior mgt to understand current status and progress being made.
  • Providing accurate  narrations for all breaks before submitting the reconciliation to business or other L2 teams.

Desired:
  • Expertise in reconciliation operation on market platforms like, Intellimatch, TLM,Accurate CTC covering Nostro / Dividends / Corporate actions  other internal reconciliations like GL, Finance, payments reconciliations.
  • A good understanding of Accounting, Cheque payments, dishonours, wire transfers attained through hands on exposure
  • Appreciation of various corporate action events like dividend payments, dividend reinvestmenst, stock plans and associated cash flows preferably in a transfer agency environment.
  • Exposure to automated reconciliation environment including break indentification, research an resolution, reporting etc.

 

Essential Skills / Aptitude:
  • Excellent in written & verbal business communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Trade life cycle.
  • Advance knowledge of MS office (Excel, word & power point)

Non Voice Process

General :

  • Processing daily document transactions which can include moderately complex tasks
  • Inputting data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer specific instructions for processing
  • Ensuring key accuracy and productivity standards are met
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations regarding cycle times.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 10-key by touch – 9000 Keystrokes per hour in 10 Key with excellent accuracy. Formal Training in Typing would be an added advantage
