InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) operates 11 hotels in India at present under managed & franchised model. In its existing properties, it has around 1,800 rooms. As part of its expansion plan, IHG would be open more than 45 hotels in the next few years, out of which more than 35 would be in mid-market segment. Later this year, we will open the first Holiday Inn Express hotel in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
