BSS started operations in 2007. In just over four years it has grown significantly and now employs circa 5000 people across four sites handling a wide range of processes for Retail, Corporate and Credit Card businesses. Our Sites: Three are in Noida (New Delhi) and one is in Chennai. We also have a branch in the UK, operating out of the Barclays headquarters at 1 Churchill Place, London. BSS has been awarded the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications for its Cyberpark (Noida) and Chennai sites, making it only the second business unit in Barclays Retail and Business Banking (RBB) and the third in the Barclays Group to have both the certifications.
