AAT has 2 main subsidiaries (CADES and Axis IT&T). The 3 businesses are organised as follows:

• AAT offers services to the aerospace & defence sector, and is positioned to meet defence offset obligations of global OEMs. AAT is an established India Offset Partner (IOP) to some of the major European OEMs, assisting them in fulfilling their offsets obligation along with supply chain management. AAT offers embedded systems, electrical & electronics engineering, testing services and mechanical engineering services 

• Axis IT&T (listed entity on Indian Stock Exchange) is an Engineering Design Services company primarily focussing on auto and heavy engineering segment. It is the largest vendor to Caterpillar globally with subsidiaries based in Peoria, USA and in UK

• CADES is a leading aerospace & defence focused engineering design services company with several leading companies as its customers and has a strong presence in Europe. It is certified by EADS as an E2S preferred supplier. It also has an Offshore Development Centre (ODC) contract of Airbus.

AAT is developing an Aerospace Supply Chain Cluster in 75 acres next to Bangalore International Airport (Axis Aerospace Park). This aerospace park would be developed into an Aerospace supply chain cluster, housing the proposed JVs with global OEMs.
