I joined Anand in July, 2009 and my journey over four years at the Anand University has been extremely exciting. The company has provided a great learning experience and has identified my potential in order to contribute towards organisational goals. It extensively focuses on employing and encouraging a large number of women from the shop floor level as Operating Engineers to Managers and General Managers. Anand has provided me with a huge break from day one at work. It gave me the responsibility to select components for filtration medium, for all future products for the company. I participated in the product design of most OEMs in India and customers abroad.
