| Job Responsibilities |
• To be familiar with client information, work types, reference source for doctors’ names, routines, samples, etc
• Expected to work only on a limited number of accounts.
• To be updated and current on each account details and remain updated on any communication regarding client feedback, updates and changes etc.
• Diligently double check uploaded and downloaded files ensure no files are missed.
• Should be versatile enough to work on different accounts and different shifts work types as per the TOS requirement.
• Should be flexible to work in any shift, based on Operational requirement.
• Coordinate in downloading templates and information document every day.
• To ensure all the files assigned are completed with expected quality and should meet within the stipulated TAT.
• To check on the transcribing and proofreading / editing, briefly preview each file for formatting parameters before upload. To ensure all reports are transcribed/edited as per the specified Client instructions.
• Co-ordinate in preparing, maintaining and updating, file allocation sheet, LPD report, Account sheet, database of relevant information to the client.
• To Transcribe / CDPA documents as per the Transcription / CDPA guidelines followed by the company. Develop methods in order to improve the productivity and accuracy of the HDAs.
• Should work on implementation of new accounts.
• To review the previous day’s work for feedback and quality through CDPA feedback methodology.
• Need to process 60 minutes of dictation with accuracy not less than 96% Need to meet set targets and work towards improving their performance consistently.
