Program Duration: 6 months

Role Description:
Adobe passionate, enthusiastic is looking to engage and groom and product support focused talent who are recent college passed out with six months to one year experienced to join its India Customer Engineering business unit, which onboards new customers and is SPOC of Ultimate Customers.
Areas of exposure during the Apprenticeship Program:
Adobe seeks to employ passionate, enthusiastic, and product support-focused candidates in the India Customer Engineering business unit, which caters to Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Technical Support Consultants provide accurate and timely technical support to Adobe customers via telephone and portal. They will resolve complex and technicalsupport issues with varying degrees of priority.
They address incidents within predetermined service levels, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritise. They carry out projects as assigned and support other team members in representing Adobe professionally.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
First point of contact for customer concerns relating to technical issues.
Act as a customer advocate and represent their needs with internal product teams.
Provide extremely timely response and resolution to technical and product inquiries.
Deliver resolution results within established Service Level Agreement guidelines.
Stay aware of customer business priorities and critical events
Provide proactive issue status updates to required parties.
Record and document all issues related to customers within established process guidelines.
Troubleshoot and qualify cases before escalating to engineering.
Answer questions regarding product functionality and usage.
Work on high-priority technical issues.
Create product content such as knowledge base articles and whitepapers and participate in forums.
Working in 24 x7 shift. Good understanding of Front-End dev skills like HTML, Angular JS, React, UI, Javascript, CSS
Good understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a good understanding of Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
Exposure to PHP, Python, PySpark or related libraries
Exposure to Java, web development experience, other Content Management system experience
Good understanding of core web technologies including XML, XHTML, Client Server- Side Scripting languages such as JavaScript, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications.
Strong knowledge on Database, SQL queries on any one database
Experience in a wide range of Operating Systems
Good communication skills, both written & verbal in English
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
