Functional Competencies
Knowledge of business processes MRO
Expertise on SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) & CS (Customer Service) modules
Mastery of key items and Maintenance processing such as: Technical Objects (Functional Location, Equipment, Serial numbers, Material, Bill Of Material...) + Notifications + Orders Maintenance & Orders Service + Confirmations + Maintenance activities planning + Work Scheduling
Mastery of SAP integration points with other SAP modules such as: MM & SD in order to ensure the best process
Capacity to build a testing plan for integration testing.
Capacity to execute a testing plan for integration testing.
Capacity to analyse & fix a bug coming from a end user. Analyse a user context form the business & SAP point of view.
Capacity to fix & test the problem if any or to lead the bug fixing by tech team.
Capacity to resolve a end user functional demand. Understand a user context form the business & SAP point of view.
   
Lead Engineer - SAP ABAP
Experience : 5-10 Years
Functional Competencies
Strong knowledge of RICEF objects
Programming using OOPs
Good knowledge of code optimization
Good hands-on various SAP/ABAP tools (EPC, Code Inspector, SQL trace etc)
Ability to build good technical design based on functional specifications.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Ability to guide the team technically
Good hands-on on one of the modules i.e.MM/PP/SD/FICO and should have the ability to
propose technical solutions as and when required.
Should have knowledge in ALE/IDoC and SMARTFORMS
Must be a good team player
   
Lead Engineer- BI/BW
Experience : 5-10 Years
Functional Competencies
Must have worked in minimum 1-2 SAP BW Implementation project.
Must have worked in minimum 2 SAP BW support project.
Must have good project exposure in SAP BW ( ETL and data modelling )
Good Exposure on SAP ABAP is must
Good Exposure on SAP Business Object will be advantage
Should possess Good knowledge on SAP BW and ECC module(SD/MM/FI) integration
Should possess good communication skills and business understandings.
Should be an individual contributor in Technical designs / development / testing / User Training / Deployment.
Prefereably certfied in ABAP and BI from SAP
Must be able to lead a team of 4-6 persons and grow them.
