Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job

  • Sales Trainee shall be responsible for managing the channel for the assigned territory and execution of regional and zonal initiatives to achieve the Value sales plan.
  • S/He needs to work closely with the Influencers and drive strong demand generation efforts
  • Deliver best in class customer service to the channel

Eligibility / Selection Criteria

  • (10th , 12th & grads marks) – 60% throughout

  • Science/Commerce Graduates

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving Value sales objectives by selling AN products to assigned customers within a geographical territory or market segments within the assigned Discount and OD norms .
  • Ensures that the existing customer base is serviced on a regular basis and potential customers are identified and meet the OD , PPI , PRI , CSS revival and Expansion targets.
  • Ensure best in class customer service by addressing customer related issues such as pricing, accounts reconciliation , delivery and availability of products.
  • Works for his assigned accounts to help in sell out ANI products and execution of the territory Painter meet and Demand Generation plan.
  • Resolves product related issues in the market by applying personal product / application expertise or referring the Cos technical personnel for follow up

Compensation details:

  • Rs. 18000 p.m. stipend for a period of two months. Post successful completion of training, CTC of 3LPA would be applicable.
  • A bond has to be signed for a period of 18 months during which the candidate will be on probation.

NOTE -
  • Candidate must have a Driving Licence of 2 wheeler and 2 wheeler
  • A candidate can be assigned any territory PAN India.
