Designation : Associate Business Analyst / Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst / Associate Business Manger
| Skill: Banking Business Analyst | Work Location: Chennai | Experience : 3 - 20 years | Qualification : B. Com / BBM / MBA
- Hands-on knowledge and experience in at least one of the banking sub-verticals (Consumer Lending, Mortgages, Commercial Lending, Core Banking, Cards, Payments, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Liquidity/Cash Management, Banking Channels, Credit Risk, AML, Fraud Management, Custody – Settlements, Corporate Actions)
- High level understanding of Financial Services and, in particular, Banking
- Ability to prepare (or assist in preparation of) one or more (as required) the draft requirement documents such as BRD, FS and SRS for review and follow-up for adoption
- Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering – requirements elicitation, requirements elaboration, requirement analysis, requirement translation, requirement documentation, requirement communication
- Ability to prepare (or assist in preparation of) known error databases (KEDB) / Application Run books and standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Process Repository, Case Studies / Fact Sheets
- Ability to document/assist in documentation of the test execution packs and results of test execution
- Ability to prepare and maintain (or assist in preparation and maintenance of) incident / ticket analysis, incident heat maps, amend hot fix history
- Ability to assist in collecting, collating and publishing project / program reports and coordinate periodic reviews
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Familiarity with ingestion system, DIS format, behavior detection and alert management
- Familiarity with TS /AML scenarios
- Experience in scenario customization or scenario creation
- Experience in alert and data analysis
- Knowledge of UI changes, thresholds configuration
- Experience in scheduling tool (preferable autosys)
- Experience in Unix shell scripts and debugging errors

- Experience working on DEV/ MAINTENANCE projects
- Knowledge of SQL
- Hands-on experience in PL/SQL

- Functional knowledge of Capital Markets domain, preferably the Trade Surveillance space

- At least 1 Guidewire configuration implementation ( Configurator) experience
- At least one Guidewire integration implementation ( Integrator) experience
- Minimum 2 years Guidewire experience
