Job Profile An SPE in this role is expected to Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. An SPE is responsible to provide gold class customer service by adhering the assigned operational metrics.
Experience Minimum 6 months experience in an International BPO

Candidate Profile
  • Graduation and above. Tech qualification is preferred.
  • 6 months International BPO experience is mandatory.
  • Willingness to work in night / rotational shifts and Split offs.
  • Candidates need to be with in transport boundary.
  • Candidates must have supporting documents for Education and Experience.
  • Good typing speed and accuracy, excellent communication skills in English and Analytical skills.
